Krüger — precision and innovation in every drop

Brand

Every drop of Krüger is the result of years of research, precise testing and a deep understanding of tribology. Today we look at how our production cycle works — from the formulation to the finished canister on a distributor's shelf.

Choosing the base oils

It all starts with the base. Krüger uses Group III, Group IV (PAO) and Group V esters — base oils of the highest purity and stability. The base determines 70% of the finished product's characteristics.

The additive package

Additives are the chemistry that turns a base oil into a motor oil. We work with the world's leading additive package manufacturers: Lubrizol, Infineum and Afton. Every formulation is tailored to specific OEM requirements.

Laboratory control

Every batch is tested against more than 30 parameters: viscosity at various temperatures, viscosity index, pour and flash points, anti-wear characteristics, total base number and much more.

Real-world testing

We test our products not only in the laboratory but also in the field — on fleet test rigs, in quarry machinery and in commercial vehicle fleets. That gives us confidence the product performs exactly as specified.

In summary

When you see a Krüger canister, behind it stand years of research, dozens of laboratory tests and real kilometres of service. This is not simply a lubricant — it is an engineering solution.
