Krüger Gear Oil 75W-85

Krüger Gear Oil 75W-85 is a gear oil for electric vehicles, hybrids and electrically driven transmissions. An EV reducer works differently from a combustion-engine gearbox. Torque reaches the wheels from the first revolution with no interruption in power flow, motor speeds are higher, and there is no warm-up heat coming from an engine. The oil has to be fluid immediately after start-up and carry gear tooth loads without a warm-up cycle. The 75W-85 grade covers both: pumpability down to -30 °C and a stable film at operating temperatures up to +100 °C. Anti-wear additives reduce friction in the gear mesh, which feeds directly into range: every percent lost in the reducer is kilometres off the odometer. The oil is compatible with seal and gasket materials, which matters for the tightness of a housing sitting next to electrical components.
